1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@skyclotheshop.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
4. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
