What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are securely processed. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes in India.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us immediately with your order number at support@skyclotheshop.com, and we will do our best to assist you. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within major metros. For other locations, please allow 5-7 business days. International shipping times vary between 10-14 days and can be estimated at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Please note that customs fees and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging with tags intact. Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns. Please see our Return Policy page for more details.
How do I process an exchange?
To exchange a product for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. Contact our support team for assistance with size guides.
Product Care
How do I care for my garments?
Most of our garments come with specific care instructions on the label. Generally, we recommend dry cleaning for ethnic wear and silk products. For cottons, gentle machine wash in cold water is advised.
